Dr. Parsa is a Southern California native raised in West Los Angeles. Dr. Parsa completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from UCLA. Upon graduation, he continued his academic studies at the prestigious University of Southern California for his dental training. After practicing many years as a general dentist, Dr. Parsa found his passion in endodontics and received his Advanced Endodontic training and Master’s Degree at West Virginia University where he was awarded the James A. Griffin Scholarship. His training did not just end there. After numerous rigourous written, oral, and case examinations he was awarded status of Diplomate of the America Board of Endodontics.He has also completed an advanced training course in microsurgical endodontics by the world renowned Dr. Syngcuk Kim at the UPENN Dental Medicine advanced center for microsurgery. Dr. Parsa is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Board of Endodontics, American Association of Endodontics, West Los Angeles Dental Society and the California State Association of Endodontists.

 

Dr. Parsa has published articles and co-authored chapters in books and takes tremendous joy and pride in practicing evidenced based endodontics and staying on the forefront of endodontic advancement. Dr. Parsa has built a state of the art practice, using the very latest technology. He carefully plans every detail of an endodontic case utilizing CT-scan, surgical operating microscopes, surgical guides for endodontic accesses and monitors in every operating room to ensure the best possible outcome for every procedure.

Above all Dr. Parsa values ​​patient experience and comfort and uses numerous techniques to ensure the absolute best experience for every patient. Dr. Parsa has extensive training in treating dental anxiety and has a holistic approach towards treating every patient. Dr. Parsa also provides oral sedation and nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for anxious patients and works closely with dental anesthesiologists for patients in need of IV sedation.

Dr. Parsa very recently got married to his wife whom is also a dentist. Dr. Parsa has played basketball since childhood and enjoys staying active in his spare time. Dr. Parsa and his wife love traveling, exploring new cultures, and above all, eating food.
